When critical systems span offices, data centers, and multiple cloud regions, public VPNs alone cannot consistently address routing, resilience, scalability, and visibility.
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and other platforms use different access models, creating multiple routing domains.
IPsec and GRE still depend on public Internet routes, where latency, congestion, and packet quality are not fully controlled.
Each additional country, data center, or cloud region can require another circuit, contract, and delivery workflow.
Enterprises may need private cloud access even when their office is not located inside a supported data center.

The PCCW Console Connect private backbone extends connectivity to public clouds, overseas data centers, and offices. L2 Point-to-Point and L3 CloudRouter support VLAN, bandwidth, and BGP or static routing design according to your requirements.
