SERVER PLUS OFFICE CONNECT

Enterprise BackboneAccess Service

More than internet access: an enterprise network architecture with static IP, international connectivity, BGP routing, and Anti-DDoS protection.

ENTERPRISE NETWORK CHALLENGES

Office networking is not only about speed

Once a company hosts services, integrates customer systems, or needs a substantial static-IP allocation, routing, protection, and IP planning become part of the network design.

01

Insufficient static IP addresses

Public services, allowlists, monitoring, VPN, mail, and customer integrations often need more IPv4 capacity than ordinary broadband.

02

Unstable international routing

Cross-border customers, platforms, and cloud services are affected by route quality, not only download speed.

03

Self-hosted services without protection

Public websites, APIs, VPN, monitoring, and internal systems need Anti-DDoS and routing policy when exposed externally.

04

Network growth is difficult to manage

When businesses manage multiple IPs, services, or their own address plan, BGP or static routing provides clearer control than ordinary access.

DEPLOYMENT SCENARIOS

Plan static IP, BGP, and hybrid cloud together

Office Connect is for more than general office access. It suits organizations that need static IP, route control, international bandwidth, Anti-DDoS, or multi-site connectivity. Through Chunghwa Telecom last-mile access into the Server Plus backbone, IPv4 allocations from /29 through /24 or larger, BGP or static routing, and protection for public services can be planned around the business need.

For hybrid cloud, Office Connect can act as the access foundation between offices, data centers, GCP, AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, and Taiwan VPS. Compared with an IPsec or GRE-only design, physical last mile plus backbone routing is generally better suited to stable long-term operation and can be more flexible than traditional point-to-point circuits.

ACCESS ARCHITECTURE

Connect the office to the backbone

The last-mile circuit provides physical access; the Server Plus backbone adds static IP, routing, and protection capabilities.

CAPABILITIES

Plan static IP, routing, and protection together

For organizations operating public services, static IP, international connectivity, their own address resources, or enterprise-grade protection.

Flexible static IP allocation

Plan IPv4 from /29 through /24 or larger based on services, allowlists, and public systems.

100G+ Taiwan backbone capacity

Suitable for stable connectivity, public services, office networks, and multi-node architectures.

International routing options

Plan routes around connectivity needs for Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, and other locations.

BGP and static routing

BGP access and customer-owned IP planning are supported; static routing can be used for a smaller delivery scope.

Anti-DDoS protection

Traffic scrubbing and mitigation support reduce the interruption risk of public services.

Custom international IP planning

IP resources can be planned for cross-border services, platform integration, and specialized projects.

SERVICE TERMS

FAQ

Office Connect FAQ

Prepare the service address, target speed, required static-IP quantity, BGP requirement, and primary countries of connectivity before contacting sales.

How is Office Connect different from business broadband?

It is not only an internet circuit. The last-mile circuit connects to the Server Plus backbone with static IP, routing, international bandwidth, and Anti-DDoS planning.

How many static IP addresses are available?

IPv4 can be planned from /29 through /24 or larger. Actual allocation depends on the use case, routing method, serviceability, and address resources.

Does it support BGP?

Yes. BGP and static routing are supported. Organizations with their own ASN or IP resources can confirm access and route-advertisement requirements.

Where is it available?

Initial serviceability focuses on Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Keelung. Actual delivery depends on address and circuit conditions.

Can it be planned with firewalls, servers, or VPS?

Yes. Server Plus can assess firewalls, refurbished network equipment, servers, Taiwan VPS, vulnerability scanning, and Office Connect together.

CUSTOM ACCESS PLAN

Need static IP, BGP, or Anti-DDoS?
