Office Connect can currently be evaluated for Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Keelung. The final design is planned around office address, target bandwidth, cloud platforms, static IP needs, routing method, firewall policy, and redundancy requirements.

FAQ

Is Office Connect the same as AWS Direct Connect or Azure ExpressRoute?

No. Office Connect is an enterprise access solution that reaches the Server Plus backbone from an office and plans connectivity to cloud services, IDC, VPS, or other locations. If a native cloud private-connect product is required, its architecture can be evaluated separately.

Is a VPN still needed after using Office Connect?

That depends on security policy. Office Connect improves access and routing quality, while IPsec, SSL VPN, firewall rules, or zero-trust controls can remain as required at upper layers.

Which areas can be served?

Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Keelung can currently be evaluated. Actual service depends on address, circuit resources, construction conditions, and required speed.
